Simone Favero is a co-founder of Cookit —a project by Cook Your Care Srl— where he oversees finance, operations, and project development. He has over twenty years of experience in the industrial sector, having worked initially in quality management and continuous improvement; he currently serves as Operations Manager at Virgis Filter, where he coordinates production, planning, procurement, logistics, and quality control. He holds a degree in Political Science (with an economics specialization) and an Executive MBA from CUOA Business School.
